Delivery Information
One Posh Box delivers Australia wide.
All orders must be placed by 2pm (WST) to ensure next day Perth metro delivery. Deliveries will usually be made during normal business hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. When placing your order, please ensure the gift recipient will be home to receive the delivery, or indicate if you do not require a signature on delivery. One Posh Box is happy to offer a same day service, but a surcharge will apply. Please contact us directly if you would like us to arrange same day metro delivery.
Public holidays and weekends
Orders are not generally delivered on public holidays or weekends. Orders placed on these days will be delivered the next working day. If however, special circumstances do arise within the Perth metro area, please contact us directly if you would like us to facilitate this service.
Re-Delivery Fee
Whilst One Posh Box attempts to ensure all deliveries are made correctly the first time, situations do occur where delivery is not possible. In cases whereby incorrect gift recipient information has been given to One Posh Box, a re-delivery fee will occur. Please ensure all recipient names, telephone numbers and address details are accurate. If delivery is required to a hospital or hotel, please ensure the recipient is still residing there. If delivery is required to a business, please include the name of the business with recipient details.
Gift Returns
Whilst One Posh Box selects their couriers very carefully, there are occasions where a gift may be damaged in transit. Please contact us immediately if this has occurred.
Cancellations
In the rare situation where an order requires cancellation and payment has already been transmitted, contact is required immediately and a refund is only at the discretion of One Posh Box.
Liquor Laws
Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. The recipient of a gift containing alcohol must be 18 years and above.
